Expected to attract more than 2,500 attendees
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., January 28, 2020 — Shed Builder Expo, which will take place October 1-2 at the DeVos Place Convention Center in Grand Rapids, Mich., is expected to attract more than 2,500 attendees.
This will mark the sixth year that Shed Builder Magazine has been a contributing factor in the growth of the niche, shed-builder market and involvement with previous shed shows. Only this year, the show has become a wholly owned property of Shed Builder Magazine.
“With more the 54,000 square feet of floor space and double the seminar seating capacity of previous shows, Shed Builder Expo is already attracting additional exhibitors,” says Marty Boltres, publisher of Shed Builder Magazine and promoter of this year’s show.
“The first shed show we attended in Statesville, North Carolina, had 450 attendees and exhibitors. Flash forward to October 2019 in Cincinnati where we had over 2,100 people in attendance representing more than 450 shed businesses. Our growth as a magazine coincides with the communication and marketing impact we have had on past shed shows and this industry.”
Boltres goes on to say, “The shed industry was considered a fragmented market with no communication vehicle until we started Shed Builder Magazine in 2014. We have been blessed by overwhelming support of the entire industry. From the start, major suppliers and vendors believed in our goal of uniting this industry. They have never wavered and for that I am grateful.”
