Exhibitor Sponsored Events

Workshop, Demonstration & Presentation Room

Shed Builder Expo provides a platform for any exhibitor to sponsor an educational session, product demonstration, informational workshop, or outside speaker on a topic of their own choosing. Event subject to show management approval. Rent one of 5 available meeting spaces at either 8:00am or 9:30am. Room rent includes setup, seating arrangement (theater or classroom style), and complete audio/visual equipment that is plug and play ready. See room location, layout, and occupancy chart below. Base price is $975 per room/time.

Private Event or Group Meeting Room

Hold a special meeting or private event in one of the on-site meeting rooms at Knoxville Convention Center during the morning hours prior to Shed Builder Expo (start time 8:00am and 9:30am). This could be an invitation only or an open-door event. You will have your choice of room setup being either classroom or theater style. Base price is $975 per room/time.

Extra Services/Add-Ons

Shed Builder Expo will provide additional services at an increased rate to make certain your event or meeting is a success. Those services include:

Have your event listed in pre-show advertising, marketing, and promotional activities.
Professionally produced and edited corporate video.
Door monitor/badge scanning.
Event Attendee List with complete contact information including mailing address, email address, telephone number, etc.
Price including room rent is $2,500.
